Tutu’s are the perfect low effort, high class option for your fashionista friend. You can make your own tutu easily and the best part is you can customize it for your dog! Here’s how to make one:

1. Gather your materials
   1. 1” elastic
   2. Velcro strips
   3. A spool of 6” tulle
2. Measure your dog’s waist
   1. Be sure to eliminate about 2 inches from the measurement to allow for the elastic to stretch
3. Attach Velcro onto the elastic to create a loop
4. Cut your tulle
   1. Get creative with your length and colors!
5. Tie the tulle onto the elastic band

Your pup will be sporting their colorful tutus in no time!
